Spring steel and grip studs are identical for both finishes. Screw kits are colour-matched — pick the variant that matches your stirrup.

Does it fit the Ryde Align?
The Ryde Align uses a different parts system. These spares are Adjustable-specific.

How often should I replace these?
Inspect screws before every ride. Spring steel only needs replacing after the safety release activates (a fall). Grip studs replace as they wear — typically every 6–12 months depending on use.
