Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. All feeders are guaranteed 100%. Just contact us to receive a FedEx label to send your Savvy Feeder® back for a full refund, less the cost of shipping one way ($49).
If you need a different size grate, just contact us and we will help you choose the best size of grate opening for your hay. Then just order the grate you need online. When you send us the original used grate, we will refund the new grate purchase. See "exchanges" below.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please call us and we will make it right with you.
Other Products
For all products other than the Savvy Feeder® — including replacement parts (grates, fabric sets, poly slide-outs, spring latches), RYDE stirrups, and accessories — our 30-day return window still applies, but the item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price, less the original outbound shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover it.

Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products — including all made-to-fit VETOFLEX recovery belts and any other item built to a customer's specific measurements — are non-refundable. Because each item is built to your horse's specific measurements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
If your custom-made product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email Jen@SavvyHorseProducts.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange a grate, send us an email at Lenny@SavvyHorseProducts.com or call us at 937-RU-SAVVY (937-787-2889).
We will send you a new grate with the agreement that you send the original grate to:

To return your Savvy Feeder®, contact us and we will email you a return shipping label, completely free of charge. Then box up your Savvy Feeder® in the original box (or another one that is 24x24x18) and take it to FedEx.
