Installation: a step-by-step guide ships in the box. For spring steel, note: a plastic screw secures the outer branch, aluminium-compatible screws secure the footplate — do not mix.

If you're replacing parts after a fall, check the spring steel first. It's engineered to break so the outer branch can release fully — replacing it restores the safety mechanism.

Will this fit both Black and Silver Adjustable stirrups?
Spring steel and grip studs are identical for both finishes. Screw kits are colour-matched — pick the variant that matches your stirrup.

Does it fit the Ryde Align?
The Ryde Align uses a different parts system. These spares are Adjustable-specific.

How often should I replace these?
Inspect screws before every ride. Spring steel only needs replacing after the safety release activates (a fall). Grip studs replace as they wear — typically every 6–12 months depending on use.

Why use original Ryde parts?
Generic substitutes can compromise the magnetic safety release. Always use original Ryde screws and spring steel.
